Return & Refund Policy

At NandLaal, we ensure every product is packed with care and delivered with quality assurance. If you face any issue with your order, please read the policy below.

✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags and accessories are intact

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and religious purity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Ladoo Gopal Poshak once worn/tried on the idol

  • Mala / Haar / Jewellery once opened

  • Dhoop / Agarbatti / Incense / Attar products once opened

  • Customized / handmade / made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

✅ Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Proper unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

✅ Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you about approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refund will be done via UPI/Bank Transfer.

✅ Return Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be free

  • If return is due to customer choice, return shipping will be paid by customer

✅ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
